Since 1987, we have led the effort to preserve and protect nearly 4 acres of cheese-making land. Our commitment to supporting small-scale cheese producers and preserving the diversity and quality of cheeses has led to significant progress in ensuring that everyone (in my family) has access to high-quality, healthy, and delicious cheeses. At the forefront of the cheese preservation movement, we are proud to have played a key role in protecting this cherished food for future generations.Â
